“Order” refers to a request submitted by a customer for a custom PowerPoint presentation.
“Service” means the PowerPoint writing and design work that we deliver based on your order.
“Final File” refers to the completed PowerPoint presentation that we send to you after full payment.
“Working Days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Scope of Service
MySlideBuddy provides PowerPoint presentation writing and designing services. We do not offer other types of academic writing, graphic design, or content creation beyond this specific service.
All presentations are created based on the information you submit through our order form. This includes your topic, academic level, number of slides, deadline, speaker notes (if needed), and any custom instructions. Our team does not use AI-generated content. Everything is written and designed by real people to meet your exact needs.

Ordering Process
To place an order, you need to complete the order form on our website. This form asks for all the details we need to create your PowerPoint presentation, such as topic, academic level, deadline, number of slides, and whether you need speaker notes.
Once you submit the form, our team will review your request and contact you shortly via both email and your user dashboard to confirm whether your order can be completed within the requested timeline.
If your order is accepted, we will begin working on your PowerPoint presentation and create a video preview that shows a portion of your slides. This preview allows you to evaluate the content, structure, and design before making any payment.
After reviewing the preview, if you’re satisfied with the quality, you can proceed with payment using either PayPal or cryptocurrency. PayPal payments require full payment upfront. Cryptocurrency payments allow you to either pay the full amount at once or split the payment into two parts: 30% prepayment and 70% after the final presentation is completed.
Please ensure that your email address is accurate and accessible, as all communication and file delivery will be done via email.
Pricing & Payment
The total price of your PowerPoint presentation is calculated automatically as you complete the order form on our website. You can see the updated price in real-time as you select different options such as the number of slides, academic level, deadline, and whether speaker notes are needed.
Once your order is reviewed and accepted by our team, we will begin working on your presentation. We will then send you a video preview showing a portion of your slides so you can evaluate the quality and direction of the project before making any payment. If you are satisfied with the preview and wish to proceed, you can choose from two payment methods:
PayPal: You will receive an invoice and must complete the full payment in one transaction before we deliver the final file.
Cryptocurrency: You may choose to either pay the full amount upfront or split the payment into two parts:
- 30% prepayment before we start the full project
- 70% after the final PowerPoint presentation is completed

Delivery Policy
All PowerPoint presentations are delivered via email. After your order is accepted and we begin working, our team will prepare a video preview showing a portion of your slides. This allows you to evaluate the content, structure, and design before making any payment.
If you are satisfied with the preview, you can proceed with payment through PayPal or cryptocurrency, as explained in our Pricing & Payment section. Once we receive your payment, we will send the final editable PowerPoint presentation to the email address you provided in the order form.
Please make sure to enter a valid and accessible email address when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or inactive email addresses. If you do not receive our messages, please check your spam or junk folder. If needed, contact us and we will resend the file promptly.
Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the PowerPoint presentation you receive is not aligned with the details you provided in your original order. To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the final file. Refund requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be accepted.
Once we receive your request, our team will carefully review it and compare the delivered presentation with your original order. If we find that your presentation was not completed according to your instructions and the issue is clearly our responsibility, we will refund your full payment.
However, if the PowerPoint presentation matches your order and the request is based on preferences or changes that were not included in the original instructions, we will not be able to issue a refund. Revision Policy
We offer unlimited free revisions if the PowerPoint presentation we deliver does not match the original instructions you provided in your order. In such cases, our team will continue editing the file until it fully meets your expectations.
However, if your revision request is based on changes or preferences that were not included in the original order, additional charges may apply. We will review the request and inform you of any costs before proceeding with further edits.
Free revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the final file. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for free revisions. All revision requests must be made via email and should clearly describe the changes needed.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and clear information in the order form. This includes the topic, academic level, number of slides, deadline, speaker notes, and any specific requirements.
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that any files, materials, or content you provide as part of your order do not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our team.
Intellectual Property
All PowerPoint presentations created by MySlideBuddy are original and made specifically for the customer based on their order. Once the final file is delivered and full payment is received, the customer is granted the right to use the file for personal or academic purposes.
However, the content and design remain the intellectual property of MySlideBuddy until full payment is completed. Until then, the customer may not use, share, publish, or distribute the file in any form.
You are not allowed to resell or reuse our presentations for commercial purposes or submit them as original work in violation of any institutional rules. We reserve the right to use anonymized parts of completed presentations for our internal training or portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer in advance.
Limitation of Liability
While we do our best to deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations that meet your expectations, MySlideBuddy is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of our services or materials.
We are not responsible for any academic consequences related to how you choose to use the final presentation, including grades, evaluations, or disciplinary actions. You are solely responsible for how the delivered file is used after it has been received.
We also cannot be held accountable for delays caused by incorrect contact information, late payments, or lack of response from the customer during the revision or approval process. Our total liability in any case will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Modifications to Terms
MySlideBuddy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the updated version will take effect immediately.
