This refund policy outlines the specific conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed. Our goal is to be as transparent, fair, and reasonable as possible. Order Cancellation
We understand that unexpected changes may arise, and you might need to cancel your order. To ensure transparency and fairness, we offer a clear cancellation policy based on the time your request is made relative to your prepayment.
Once your prepayment is received, our team immediately begins working on your presentation. If you request to cancel your order within 12 hours of making your prepayment, we will refund 90% of the total project fee. If you request a cancellation more than 12 hours after your prepayment, 70% of the total project fee will be refunded.
Late Delivery
Meeting deadlines is extremely important to us, and we take full responsibility for delivering your order on time. If a delay occurs due to an issue on our side, we offer a clear refund policy based on how long the delivery is delayed. If the delay caused by our team is less than 24 hours, we will refund eighty percent of the total project fee, and If the delay exceeds 24 hours, we will refund the full amount. We believe in taking accountability when we fall short of expectations.
However, if the delay is caused by factors outside of our control, such as late responses from the client, missing information, or delays in approval, we are unable to offer any refunds. In these cases, we will still do our best to complete the order as soon as possible once all required information is received.
Bad Quality Claims
We do our best to deliver high-quality PowerPoint presentations that follow every detail of your instructions. However, if you believe the final presentation does not match the requirements you submitted, you have the right to request a refund. All quality-related refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the final PowerPoint presentation. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
Once we receive your complaint, our team will review your original instructions, the delivered work, and any communication related to your order. If we find that the presentation does not follow the instructions outlined in your order form, we will issue a full refund. However, if the PowerPoint presentation meets the original requirements and the work was completed as requested, we will not be able to offer a refund, even if your expectations have changed or you are no longer satisfied with the result.
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the terms outlined in this policy, you can submit a refund request by following the steps below. We encourage you to include as much detail as possible to help us review your case quickly and fairly. Send an email to our support team with the subject line “Refund Request.”
In your message, include:
- Your full name and order number
- The reason for your refund request
- A clear explanation of the issue, along with any relevant details
- Any files or screenshots that support your claim
Our team will review your request and respond within two business days. In some cases, we may ask for clarification or additional information to complete the review. Once a decision is made, we will notify you via email and begin processing the refund if your request is approved.
Refund Processing Time and Method
Once your refund request is approved, we will begin processing the payment within three business days. The refund will be issued to the same account using the same payment method that was originally used for the order.
Please note that we are unable to send the refund to a different account or use an alternative method of payment. This policy is in place to protect both parties and to ensure the refund is processed securely and accurately. We will notify you by email once the refund has been successfully initiated. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
